Brown Sugar Herb Boneless Fresh Ham with Maple Glaze


PREP:

Defrost Ham & remove from packaging. Keep twine intact during the roasting process. 

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 325º F.

Place defrosted, pre-seasoned Ham on an elevated rack in roasting pan.

Cook Ham on bottom oven rack for about 2½ - 3 hours. Internal temperature should be 145º F.

Remove from oven and let sit about 1 hour.

Step 2:

Increase oven temperature to 425º F.

Coat Ham in half of provided BLP Maple Molasses Glaze. Place back in oven for about 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Remove Ham from oven and coat in remaining Maple Molasses Glaze. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let sit 20 minutes.

Step 4:

While the Ham rests, remove remaining juices from the bottom of the roasting pan. Separate the fat from the juices and serve as gravy for Ham.

Step 5:

Slice Ham into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Serve with pan gravy and your favorite Easter sides.
