Chef Recommended Method
Remove thawed Pork Chops from packaging. Add about 1tbsp of Canola Oil or cooking oil of your choice to a pan and place on the stove over medium-high/ high heat. Sear Pork Chops in pan for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing & serving.
*Internal Temperature 145º F*
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (BROIL)
Remove thawed Pork Chops from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Place under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through heating.
Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing & serving.
