Classic Breaded Chicken Breast
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
DEFROST
For best results, remove from packaging prior to defrosting. Defrost under refrigeration for several hours or defrost using a microwave if desired. Use defrost button on microwave and defrost for two minutes, increase time for multiple pieces. You can find detailed defrosting instructions here.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cooking tray with non-stick cooking spray and place defrosted product on tray. Cook approximately 22-24 minutes. Product should be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher. Use a cooking thermometer for accuracy.
TOASTER OVEN
Preheat toaster oven, use high heat setting (350°F) with fan. Place defrosted product on aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook 20-22 minutes. Product should be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher. Use a cooking thermometer for accuracy.
PAN FRY (CRISPY/ CRUNCHY METHOD)
Defrost product using defrost instructions above. Fill frying pan with 1/8"-1/4" Extra Virgin Olive Oil - set stove temperature to medium heat and wait a few minutes for the oil to heat up. Carefully place chicken in pan. Cook about 1 minute per side until golden brown (always turn chicken away from you to avoid splashing. Once browned, place on baking dish in preheated oven at 350°F for about 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Use a cooking thermometer for accuracy.
AIR FRY (CRISPY/ LOW-FAT METHOD)
Preheat Air Fryer to 360°F. Spray both sides of product with non-stick cooking spray. Place product in basket and cook for 14 minutes for 1-2 pieces. Add one minute for each additional piece. Check product to make sure internal temperature has reached 165°F. Use a cooking thermometer for accuracy.
