HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

DEFROST

Be sure to fully thaw product before heating. Detailed defrosting methods can be found here.

   STOVE TOP

Chef Recommended Method

Remove thawed Ribeye Steaks from packaging. Add about 1tbsp of Canola Oil or cooking oil of your choice to a pan and place on the stove over medium-high/ high heat. Sear Ribeye Steaks in pan for about 2-3 minutes per side.

Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing & serving.

   CONVENTIONAL OVEN (BROIL)

Remove thawed Ribeye Steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Place under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through heating.

Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing & serving.
