The porterhouse steak of the lamb. Each lamb chop is individually vacuum packed. If you receive a package that contains all eight lamb chops, you can cut out an individual lamb chop, without compromising the vacuum packaging of the remaining chops.

We use plenty of Dry Ice packs and a reusable insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.

These were delicious

Not a big lamb chops guy, but these were very tender chops...and thick. I grilled these with some steaks yesterday and they came out perfect. Good price for the quality of meat here too. Highly recommend if love your chops.
