At 67, I've eaten a lot of corned beef in my life, usually the packaged grocery store variety. Outside of a couple of high-end restaurants and delis, I've never experienced one as good as this. Large, tender, juicy, flavorful...did I mention 'Large'? Plenty of leftovers for sandwiches, dinner and then several batches of homemade corned beef hash that I'll freeze. Finding high-quality meat, even in the major metro are I live in, has become near impossible. I am so glad I stumbled across Berk Lombardo online. Have placed multiple orders over the past few months, starting with steaks, then an unbelievable Prime Rib for Christmas, etc. ALL has been absolutely perfect. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Will definitely be back for more.
