Our expert butchers prepare the boneless breasts for the grill by trimming and portioning them by hand and then marinating them in a very simple and clean solution of water, vinegar, canola oil, and salt. Our cooking team then grills those chicken breasts to perfection. You get a fully grilled 4 oz. chicken cutlet. The cutlets can be the center of a meal or a component in a salad or a sandwich. The possibilities are almost endless.
If you are interested in a simple chicken breast that is high in protein, and has no added preservatives, this is the item for you. We marinate the chicken to make it tender and juicy, we don’t alter the flavor at all. We just add a little bit of oil to help keep the chicken juicy. All you will taste is plain chicken.
If you are going to reheat the grilled chicken, here are the cooking instructions for both the plain and the flavors:
Conventional Oven
Pre-Heat the Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Arrange the Grilled Chicken Portions on a single layer
Cook 10 to 12 minutes, depending upon the strength of the oven
Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
Convection Oven
Pre-Heat the Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Arrange the Grilled Chicken Portions on a single layer
Cook 10 to 12 minutes, depending upon the strength of the oven
Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
Microwave Oven
Arrange the Grilled Chicken Portions on a single layer. Be sure to use a microwave safe tray or dish.
Cook on High for 1.5 to 3.0 minutes
Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
